Dividend in Franklin India Taxshield Rs.3.00 per unit

FT declaring the annual dividend in Franklin India Taxshield (FIT) and is the sixth straight dividend in the fund through market cycles.

HDFC MF announces 12.5% dividend under HDFC Long Term Equity Fund on 8Jan2010

HDFC Mutual Fund has declared dividend under HDFC Long Term Equity Fund -- a close-ended equity scheme. The fund house has fixed January 8, 2010 as the record date for dividend declaration.

The amount of dividend declared is Rs 1.25 or 12.5% on the face value of Rs 10 each. As on the December 31, 2009, the net asset value stood at Rs.12.942 per unit

The investment objective of the scheme is to achieve long-term capital appreciation with a maturity period of 5 years with automatic conversion into an open-ended scheme upon maturity
